Since all FurEver Friends products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right! As our products are made to order, we do not require items to be returned. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery at fureverfriends884@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Please note:Â Refunds are not offered for buyer's remorse or sizing issues, as each item is custom-made on demand.
